ATMOSPHERIC STAFF: A menacing obsidian mage's staff enchanted with just enough electric charge and just enough swirling breeze to cause your clothing and hair to move as if stirred by the winds of an oncoming storm and the occasional mostly-harmless crackle of lightning to erupt, while something beyond the Veil seems to echo everything you say, just as you say it, in a deeper voice. Its previous user donated it because he was tired of people being terrified and giving up before he even had a chance to use it.
